description
The invention relates to a holding device for a roof line of a lightning protection system and a lightning protection system.
In the event of a lightning strike, a lightning current path is guided past and diverted to an object to be protected, for example a building, by a lightning protection system. In this way, damage to the object to be protected can be reduced or avoided.
Usual roof lines of a lightning protection system are attached directly to the object to be protected via a bracket or attached to a stabilizing element that is firmly positioned on a substrate of the object to be protected by its own weight. The roof pipe is usually held in the holder by means of a clamping device. As an additional positional fixation, roof lines are mounted using a bracket with a higher dead weight. The cable is fastened between two parts of the bracket, which are usually screwed together using tools. The assembly and dismantling of the lightning protection system is therefore time-consuming.
In the context of this invention, to simplify the subsurface of the object to be protected is referred to as a roof, which can also mean other subsurfaces than a roof.
The object of the invention is to create a stable and reliable holding device for a lightning protection system and a lightning protection system in which a roof line can be attached quickly and easily in order to simplify and shorten the construction and dismantling of the lightning protection system.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a holding device for a roof line of a lightning protection system which comprises a stabilizing element and a holder. The stabilizing element has a base body which is provided with an opening for the holder and at least one guide for the roof pipe, the at least one guide extending from the opening and being designed such that it can fix the roof pipe in the lateral direction . In addition, the holder has a receptacle for the roof pipe, which is aligned with the at least one guide, which is open in the lateral direction for inserting the roof pipe and which is designed such that it can fix the roof pipe in the vertical direction. In a holding device of this type, the roof line can be picked up and fastened quickly and easily without the use of aids such as tools or glue. For this purpose, the roof pipe is pushed into the receptacle from the side and inserted into the base body of the stabilizing element together with the holder, so that the roof pipe is received in the guide of the base body. Reliable fastening of the roof pipe in the lateral and vertical direction can thus be ensured without having to enclose the roof pipe in the manner of a clamp or fasten it with a material fit.
In particular, the inclusion of the bracket alone does not fix the roof pipe in the lateral direction and the guidance of the stabilizing element alone does not fix the roof pipe in the vertical direction.
The directions refer to the intended course of the roof pipe in the assembled state, the lateral direction extending essentially horizontally or parallel to the roof and perpendicular to the course of the roof pipe and the vertical direction being essentially vertical or perpendicular to the roof and perpendicular to the course of the roof line.
In particular, the holder is free of closures for the recording. As a result, the roof line can be quickly and easily received in the holder and fastened in the holding device and removed from the holder.
The roof line is not circumferentially enclosed by the recording, for example.
In one embodiment, the base body has a weight of at least 1 kg, in particular the base body has a weight of at least 4.6 kg, and / or is made of concrete. As a result, the stabilizing element can on the one hand be produced simply and inexpensively and on the other hand it has sufficient weight to reliably position the holder and the roof line on the roof.
The base body is, for example, cuboid.
In a further embodiment, the guide is designed as a groove in the base body. The groove can easily be worked into the base body and can reliably fix the roof line in the lateral direction.
The groove preferably has a width which corresponds to the width of the roof line. The groove thus constitutes a movement limitation of the roof line in the lateral direction, which essentially leaves little or no play for movements in the lateral direction.
Another embodiment provides that the opening is provided centrally in the base body and / or the opening extends completely through the base body. This allows space to be created in order to be able to arrange further components of the holding device in this area.
According to one aspect, the holder lies completely in the opening of the stabilizing element. As a result, the roof line is held vertically downward in the guide by the holder, so that the roof line is fixed on the one hand by the holder in the vertical direction and on the other hand by the guide in the lateral direction.
According to a further aspect, the holding device has a base part with a stand to which the holder is attached. It is thus possible to attach the holder to the holding device independently of the stabilizing element. Accordingly, the holding device can have a modular structure.
The attachment is designed such that the holder can be attached to the stand without tools, preferably with a force fit.
In particular, the stand extends from the side facing away from the at least one guide through the opening. The holder can thus be inserted into the stand in such a way that the receptacle of the holder and the guide of the stabilizing element are aligned with one another.
For example, the base part has a support section on which the stabilizing element rests. As a result, the base part and consequently the holder fastened in the base part and the roof line received in the holder are firmly positioned on the roof due to the weight of the stabilizing element itself.
The base part can in particular be in one piece. Here, the stand is formed in one piece on the support section.
In one embodiment, the base part has a friction structure on the side facing away from the stabilizing element. The coefficient of friction between the base part and the roof can thus be increased, so that the stability of the positioning of the holding device on the roof is further improved.
A further embodiment provides that the holder has a receiving section, the receiving section extending in the receiving section from a lateral side of the receiving section to over the center. In this way, the roof line can be reliably received in the holder.
In particular, the receiving portion is cylindrical and / or the receptacle has a U-shaped cross section.
According to one aspect, the holder has a fastening pin which is designed concentrically with the receiving portion, in particular wherein the fastening pin engages in a fastening sleeve of the stand. The fastening pin ensures that the holder can be reliably fastened in the stand, in particular in the fastening sleeve of the stand.
The fastening pin is preferably completely sunk into the fastening sleeve and / or the receiving section rests on the fastening sleeve.
In this case, the receiving section optionally serves as a push-in limiter for the holder in the stand.
Furthermore, the object is achieved by a lightning protection system with a roof line and a first holding device according to the invention, wherein the roof line is fixed in the at least one guide in the lateral direction and wherein the roof line is fixed in the receptacle in the vertical direction and in the lateral direction in the Admission is free. This means that the assembly and dismantling of the lightning protection system can be simplified and shortened.
In particular, the lightning protection system additionally has a second holding device which is smaller and / or lighter than the first holding device. The second holding device serves as additional stabilization of the roof pipe on the roof.
The first holding devices serve as fixing points, whereby slipping of the smaller and / or lighter holding devices is reduced or avoided.
Optionally, the first holding devices are arranged at most every 10 m, preferably every 7.5 m, particularly preferably every 5 m, or at least every meter along the roof line. At least one second holding device is provided between the first holding devices. With a lightning protection system constructed in this way, stable positioning of the roof line on the roof can be guaranteed with reduced material expenditure.
The described advantages and features of the holding device according to the invention apply equally to the lightning protection system and vice versa.
Further advantages and features of the invention emerge from the following description and from the accompanying drawings, to which reference is made. In the drawings show:

The directions of the x, y and z directions in Figures 1 to 5 relate to the intended course of a roof pipe 14 in the assembled state. The x-direction corresponds to a longitudinal direction of the roof line 14, the
extends essentially horizontally or parallel to a roof. The y-direction corresponds to a lateral direction which is also horizontal or parallel to the roof and runs orthogonally to the x-direction. The z direction corresponds to a vertical direction which extends essentially vertically or perpendicular to the roof and orthogonally to the course of the roof line 14 or orthogonally to the x and y directions. A radial direction corresponds to all directions that are orthogonal to the x-direction. The course of the individual directions can be seen particularly well in FIG. 3b.
In Figure 1, a lightning protection system 12 with several first holding devices 10, smaller and / or lighter second holding devices 11 and a roof line 14 is shown.
Here, the first holding devices 10 function as fixing points and the smaller holding devices 11 as additional stabilization of the roof line 14 on the roof.
The first holding devices 10 are here arranged at a distance A of at most 10 m, in particular 7.5 m, particularly preferably 5 m.
Alternatively, the first holding devices 10 can be arranged at a distance of 1 m or more along the roof line 14.
As a result, slipping of the second holding devices 11 can be reduced or avoided and consequently stable positioning of the roof line 14 on the roof can be ensured with reduced material expenditure.
In FIGS. 2a and 2b, one of the first holding devices 10 is shown as an example for all first holding devices 10.
The holding device 10 essentially comprises three separate main parts, namely a holder 16, a base part 24 and a stabilizing element 34. In use, the three main parts are in an assembled state, shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b. Here, the stabilizing element 34 is placed on the base part 24 and the holder 16 is inserted in the base part 24. The roof line 14 is arranged between the holder 16 and the stabilizing element 34.
In Figures 3a and 3b, the holder 16 is shown in more detail.
The holder 16 has a cylindrical receiving portion 18, in which a receptacle 20 is provided, and a fastening pin 22.
The receptacle 20 has a U-shaped cross section viewed in the x direction and extends in the receptacle section 18 from a lateral side of the receptacle section 18 in the y direction to over a center of the receptacle section 18, the receptacle 20 to one side in y -Direction is open.
The holder 16 has no closures or the like for the receptacle 20. A reliable fastening of the roof line 14 in the lateral and vertical directions is achieved by an interaction of the holder 16 with the stabilizing element 34.
The fastening pin 22 is formed on an end face of the receiving section 18 and protrudes perpendicularly therefrom.
The fastening pin 22 is also cylindrical and is designed concentrically with the receiving section 18.
The receiving portion 18 and the fastening pin 22 can be integrally connected to one another and consist of the same material, for example metal.
Alternatively, the receiving portion 18 and the fastening pin 22 can consist of different materials and be two separate components connected to one another.
Via the fastening pin 22, the holder 16 can be inserted without tools into the base part 24 according to FIGS. 4a and 4b.
The base part 24 has a stand 28 with a fastening sleeve 26 and a support section 30.
The fastening sleeve 26 is formed in the stand 28, wherein the fastening pin 22 of the holder 16 can be inserted into the fastening sleeve 26 without tools.
The support section 30 is plate-shaped, the stand 28 extending perpendicularly from the support section 30 in the z-direction, in particular from the center of the support section 30.
The stand 28 and the support section 30 can be integrally connected to one another and consist of the same material.
Alternatively, the stand 28 and the support portion 30 can be made of different materials and be two separate, interconnected components.
On an underside of the base part 24, more precisely the support section 30, which corresponds to a side of the base part 24 opposite the stand 28, the base part 24 or the support section 30 has a friction structure 32, which includes, for example, lamellae, knobs or the like can.
